It felt so great! I wanted to get back to that the next night, but to my dismay, the next day my legs were too sore.
Just going up & even down stairs.. I feel it. It's been a few days now since & is still hurting very much. Hopefully tomorrow the sore muscle feeling will be gone & I can get back into the running. :] Step by step, for now, no matter how much it hurts.
This sounds like a lot of complaining but I'm glad to have discovered I like running. It's really something I've been scared of for such a long time. One less thing I'm scared of!
